WNO 23 main event athlete Vagner Rocha's night started in thrilling fashion when his son Achilles Rocha scored the fastest submission in WNO history in Arlington, Texas. 

Rocha put Cameron Couch in a armbar in just 16 seconds at WNO 23 during the final match of the undercard. The second submission of the night broke Nicky Ryan's record that was set in 2020.
