The Overly Humble ADCC Veteran You Really Should Know About: Enrico Cocco
He's won the ADCC North American Trials three times and is one of Roberto 'Cyborg' Abreu's favorite training partners. So why don't you know who Enrico Cocco is?

The 27-year-old Fight Sports black belt team member is too damn humble, that's why.

Considering his success over the last 10 years, more people should know who is he. But he doesn't even have a Facebook page, so in this day and age it's no wonder he flies under the radar.

He's going to be one of the eight men vying for the $10K prize this weekend at the Grappling Pro Championships. He'll face MMA fighter Anderson Melo in the first round.

Watch this excellent video made by Ryan Smith to learn more about Enrico, and see below to read what those closest to him have to say.

Jiu-Jitsu black belt Ruben Alvarez

He's always been the underground king. Nobody really knew about him until he showed up on the scene. he didn't have social media to promote himself. I would always talk about Enrico Cocco. 'Isn't he that guy from Miami who does leg locks?' Yeah. That's the guy.

He was the prodigy kid, like 16 years old beating all these black belts from Brazil. And they didn't even know who he is. It's good to see he's getting there credit he deserves.

Roberto 'Cyborg' Abreu

It's hard to find competitors who have the humble attitude that Enrico has. He's a great kid and super devoted to things that he does.

It's hard to find someone so brave, as he is. I'm counting the days to be by his side when he takes the world by storm.
