For the second time in as many fights, Mackenzie Dern has experienced weight-cutting problems.

Before either fighter could officially hit the scales on Thursday afternoon, the Legacy Fighting Alliance 6 strawweight bout was changed into a catchweight bout after Dern could not make 115lbs. Dern's fight with Katherine Roy will now be contested at 120lbs on LFA 6's main card on Friday night in San Antonio.

Dern (2-0) offered 20 percent of her purse in exchange for the accepted catchweight fight, so technically the world champion black belt didn't miss weight. At the weigh-ins for Legacy 61 in Dallas, the 23-year-old jiu-jitsu megastar missed weight by two pounds, weighing 118.75lbs.

Roy (1-0) took to Facebook to voice her frustrations.
