Pros Predict: No-Gi Worlds Absolute Champion

The 2018 IBJJF No-Gi World Championship is as stacked with elite competition as we've ever seen it. That means the title of Absolute World Champion will be no easy accomplishment but entirely appropriate for the one worthy of attaining it.

This year's lineup includes a mix of the sports very best, including ADCC champions, multiple-time no-gi world champions, and gi champions hungry to cement their legacy as a complete grappler.

Although anyone has a shot at winning the absolute at the black belt level, the favorites for this year's title include 2017 ADCC Champion and 2018 No-Gi Pan Weight and Absolute Champion, Gordon Ryan, 2017 No-Gi Worlds Weight and Absolute Champion, Lucas Barbosa, 2x ADCC and 2x No-Gi World Champion, Yuri Simoes, ADCC Veteran and 2018 Gi World Champion, Mahamed Aly, and 4x ADCC and 5x No-Gi World Champion, Roberto 'Cyborg' Abreu.

So we asked some of the very best names in the sport who they think will reign supreme this Sunday at the 2018 IBJJF No-Gi World Championship.
