As always the mats at Atos HQ are stacked with high level talent such as: Andre Galvao, Ary Farias, Erberth Santos, Josh Hinger, Michael Liera Jr., Andris Brunovskis and more!

Class Breakdown: 9AM Competition Class

  • Calisthenics Warmup
  • ​12 one minute rounds
    • Positional live sparring, both top and bottom
      • Back mount, Side Control, Leg Drag, Top Mount, Seat Belt control
  • One minute rest
  • 6 two minute rounds
    • Positional live sparring, both top and bottom
      • Back mount, Side Control, Leg Drag, Top Mount, Seat Belt control
  • Two Minutes Rest
  • 15 minute Stretching
