The last Fight To Win Pro that took place in New Jersey was quite the spectacle, and F2W Pro 43 looks like it's going to deliver the same amount of skill and intensity on August 5 in Bayville.

The main event will once again feature Tom DeBlass as one of its stars. DeBlass is a multiple-time ADCC American Trials winner whose F2W debut back in April saw him defeat fellow UFC veteran Ricco Rodriguez by unanimous decision.

This time around, DeBlass is going in even hungrier for victory in his heavyweight title bout with Joao Assis. With so much on the line and the match happening in DeBlass's backyard, you can be sure that the Ocean County BJJ professor isn't going to hold anything back.

For his part, the reigning heavyweight champion Assis also has a lot to prove in this match. His split-decision win over Mike Perez back at F2W 24 was the center of a lot of debate and controversy, and a win against DeBlass would cement his position and leave no doubt that he's the one who should be wearing the belt.

The hype over the match is exacerbated by the fact that DeBlass and Assis have faced each other before; back in 2015, they grappled to a draw. There are no draws at Fight to Win, so we'll finally get to see which of these top-level grapplers deserves to hold that championship spot.

Make sure you're watching Fight To Win Pro 43 on FloGrappling when Tom DeBlass, Joao Assis, and dozens of talented grapplers take the stage on Saturday, August 5, at 6 PM EST!
