Gracie Humaita black belt Jena Bishop steamrolled her way through Masters Worlds last weekend in Las Vegas for her third double gold of the year.
Bishop claimed her bling by winning the black belt master 1 lightweight and absolute divisions. Even more impressive, she did so without conceding a single point.

Not only that, but Bishop was also the lightest competitor on the absolute podium, standing above superheavyweights Hillary Vanornum (who took second) and third-place finisher Jennifer Case and middleweight Amanda Loewen, who also took third.
"I had two matches in my weight and submitted both with chokes from the back," said Bishop, who is based in San Diego and trains with Regis Libre. "In the open class I fought all bigger girls, a medium heavy and two super heavyweights. I submitted the first with an armbar, then won my next by two points, and then triangled the girl in my finals."
Bishop's medals sit alongside the double gold (weight and absolute) she collected at in the black belt masters 1 divisions at both Europeans and Pans.
