Berkut 3 took place in Grozny, Chechnya on Saturday night and the event featured a card full of jiu-jitsu superfights. Of the 10 matches on the main card, only two were won by submission while the rest went to judges' decisions.

Headlining the show was a match between Yuri Simoes of Brasa CTA and Romulo Barral of Gracie Barra. The only matches to end by submission on the card were Felipe Pena, who submitted Jackson Sousa with a choke from the back, and Samir Chantre, who scored a toehold over Russian black belt Daud Adaev.
