Nicky Ryan Takes Final 66kg Spot At ADCC 2017
Last minute news from ADCC 2017 in Finland. Due to some last minute replacements, three new athletes have joined the ranks of the competitors in action this weekend.

Nicky Ryan is in at -66kg due to Justin Rader pulling out. The three-time ADCC veteran became sick on Wednesday September 20 and had to withdraw. 16-year-old Ryan, who took bronze at both recent North American Trials (East and West Coast) becomes the youngest male in history to compete in ADCC.

Jackson Sousa replaces Checkmat teammate Luiz Panza at -99kg, with the South American Trials winner pulling out due to a foot injury.

Sergio Ardila, brother of -99kg competitor Paul, will take the spot opened up by the withdrawal of Gilbert 'Durinho' Burns at -77kg.
