Unity Jiu-Jitsu

Among those repping Unity Jiu-Jitsu is team founder Murilo Santana in a no-gi match against Jake Shields.

Also competing are black belts "Tex" Johnson and Mansher Khera, who is officially representing the team for the first time since joining it earlier this year. They take on Khyl Farrison (Tac Team BJJ) and Dom Hoskins (BJJ Revolution), respectively.

Highly rated brown belt Devhonte Johnson is also among those entered, and the team is backed up by purple belts Margot C. Ciccarelli-Tang, Andrew Franco, and Christopher Kerbis and yellow belt Jalen Mitchell.

Marcelo Garcia Jiu-Jitsu

Gianni Grippo and Marcos Tinoco are the top black belts leading the charge for Marcelo's team. Grippo has got a lightweight no-gi title match against Justin Rader to highlight the action, while Tinoco faces F2W veteran Thomas Keenan.

Backing up the black belts are five brown belts in the form of Nicholas Tamandua Salles, Mike Davila, Chinnonye Okafor, Omar Kadi, and Rehan Muttalib and highly rated purple belt Mattheus Lutes.

Renzo Gracie Jiu-Jitsu

As mentioned, no-gi legend Jake Shields will be in action against Unity's Murilo Santana. Shields is now a fully fledged member of Renzo Gracie, having relocated from the West Coast to train full-time in Manhattan.

A total of seven competitors will represent RGA, with Shields and fellow black belts Alex Oliveira and Lincoln Pereira, brown belts Frank Rosenthal and Ryan Quinn, and purple belts Damien Anderson and Timothy McNamara.

Essential BJJ

Headlining the event is none other than JT Torres in a gi title bout versus Benson Henderson. He'll be bringing three brown belt students from his Hartsdale, NY-based gym: Joe Oppedisano, Felipe Rocha, and Dennis Pressey Jr. (Update: JT Torres vs Benson Henderson has been called off due to an injury. The new main event is Grippo vs Rader).
