The Professional Grappling Federation, the PGF, is back for their 8th season with six figures in cash, the PGF lightweight belt, and a chance to break out as a future star in the game on the line over the next weeks & months. • The competition is broken into team vs team matchups. The team that scores the most points in one of the 3 block matchups per event gets an additional point for each athlete.
  • The team with the highest combined point total at the end of the season wins $100,000.
  • The 8 individuals with the most points advance to a playoff bracket (seeded by points) and compete for the individual championship and an additional $20,000. Playoff matches expand to ten minutes and feature EBI OT.
  • PGF features several anti-stalling measures like a shot clock and the ref's choice to start an avoidant athlete in bottom turtle/referee's position.
