We are back this week with five more jiu-jitsu videos to help get you through the weekend. With major events like Masters Worlds, CJI 2, and others looming on the horizon the jiu-jitsu content world is starting to pump out more and more great stuff.

In this article I pulled five videos that caught my eye throughout the week and that I think you might like also. So without further ado, here are five jiu-jitsu videos you should watch this weekend.

1. From A Laundry Mat To A Million Dollars | Team Daisy Fresh Road to CJI 2 | The B-Team

Freddy Pedrique traveled to Columbus, Ohio to catch up with the Daisy Fresh squad to film an all access look into how the team is preparing for CJI 2. It gives a great look into how the team is preparing and with a cast of characters like Jacob Couch, Spatch, Dante Leon, Michael Pixley and the rest of the crew you know you are always going to be entertained. Check this one out if you want to see how one of the most likable teams in jiu-jitsu prepares for a major competition.

2. The Seated Guard Blueprint | NickKott

Nick is a young up-and-coming grappler training under David Garmo in Detroit. In this video he dives into the details of playing seated guard more effectively. This is a great video if you are looking for some technique to watch, plus it helps support someone trying to grow their channel!

3. ADCC US Nationals - Adults Highlight | ADCC Official

ADCC recently hosted their first ever American Nationals and the event was packed with great competitors and action on the mat. The ADCC Official YouTube channel has already uploaded a few different highlights from the event, but this one focuses on the adult divisions of the ADCC American Nationals.

4. Follow Meregali’s Road Back to the Mats | M E R E G A L I

It has been too long since we have seen Nicholas Meregali on the competition mats. The jiu-jitsu world is a better place when you are able to watch Meregali, and if we aren't currently able to see him compete then I will opt for the videos he is currently dropping on his personal YouTube channel. This video follows Meregali through a lifting session as he talks about the injury he suffered at ADCC and what his road to recovery looks like.

5. Do Fabricio Andrey's Takedowns Make Him The Biggest CJI 2 Wildcard? | FloGrappling

FloGrappling's own Joe Gilpin takes a deep dive into the throws of Fabricio Andrey. The main focus is Fabricio's viral throw from BJJ Stars against Javier Zaruski. Joe does a great job drawing attention to the finer details that lead to Fabricio having such success with his throws. This video should definitely give you a little judo boost going into the weekend open mat, so be prepared to throw someone on their head afterwards.
