What's Happening In Jiu-Jitsu

-Polaris 36 went down in London, with three title matches. Ethan Crelinsten and Kendall Reusing retained their respective titles, while Owen Jones claimed gold at featherweight. Full results here.

-Polaris announced that their next event will feature a cross-promotional squads match where Polaris all-stars face BJJ Stars all-stars in 90 minutes of grappling action.

-UFC contender Mateusz Gamrot has accepted his invitation to the 2026 ADCC World Championship. Gamrot, who competed at the 2019 Worlds, will be in the -77kg in his home country of Poland.

-WNO 32 on March 31st will feature a 4-man 145lb feature teen bracket, with JP Tran, Matthew Velez, Jay Ortiz, and Chingy Sainz all announced. Also on that card will be WNO's first ever teen girls match featuring world class up-and-comers Bebe Junco and Zoe Freeman.

-PGF kicked off their ninth season with another exciting night of action in Las Vegas. Jett Thompson and the Kings lead after week one, with five more weeks of regular season remaining.

-UFC BJJ announced three more matches for this Thursday's card, with Joao Miyao facing Jussier Formiga, Meyram Maquine facing Marco Mendes, and Devhonte Johnson facing Lucas Norat.

-IBJJF purple belt world no-gi champion (and top-20 ranked 155lb grappler) Bella Mir won a national championship at the inaugural women's wrestling NCAA's.

-Also happening Thursday will be Tye Ruotolo facing Pawel Jaworski for the ONE 185lb championship.

-Max Holloway received his black belt in BJJ from Pedro Sauer after his main event performance over the weekend.

-UFC fighters Jean Silva and Bryce Mitchell will face off in a grappling match at Hype Brazil. The two fought in MMA with Silva winning by KO.

-Rafael Lovato Jr.'s college wrestling adventure ended after he wasn't selected for an at-large bid to the national tournament. Lovato reflected on the experience here.
