In this new ongoing series from FloGrappling we bring you training footage from inside gyms in Rio de Janeiro, the city where Brazilian jiu-jitsu was shaped into the globally-known martial art we all practise today. 

Rolling in Rio takes you inside jiu-jitsu gyms of Brazil for an up-close and personal look at how some of the sport's top practitioners train.
