UFC star Conor McGregor was filmed recently training jiu-jitsu with a true OG of the jiu-jitsu world, Chris Hauter.

Hauter is famous as being one of the 'dirty dozen', the name given to the first group of American men who received their black belts in the art of jiu-jitsu.

He came up training with the Machado family, five Brazilian brothers (Rigan, Jean Jacques, Jean, Roger and Carlos) who were pioneers in developing jiu-jitsu in the USA in the 1980s and 90s.

Hauter got his black belt in December 1996, and over the years he's developed a reputation for being an open-minded teacher. He has links to the association / team SBG International, which Conor represents.

You can see McGregor training with Hauter at the American's garage gym in Southern California in the video below that was released today on McGregor's YouTube channel.

Don't forget Conor has been training with jiu-jitsu black belt standout Dillon Danis in Ireland. The Marcelo Garcia rep says Conor's jiu-jitsu is "amazing".

Danis is going to compete this weekend on Copa Podio, which you can watch live exclusively on FloGrappling.
