Yesterday, Kayla Harrison become the only American woman in history to become a two-time Olympic judo gold medalist. 

Harrison’s astounding victory, which was achieved by prodigious use of groundwork thorough her medal run, drew plenty of support from the judo, ji-jitsu and MMA communities. 

She scored two victories in earlier rounds via pin and landed a beautiful rolling armbar in the final against Audrey Tcheumeo of France. 

Stars rushed to congratulate Kayla Harrison on her second Olympic gold medal in a row.
