Atos purple belt Kaynan Duarte continues to impress by claiming double gold (weight and absolute) at the IBJJF Pan Jiu-Jitsu Championships in Irvine, California.

The 18-year-old Brazilian -- who won double gold at IBJJF No-Gi Worlds last November and won the ADCC South American Trials in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil last month -- proved he has skills in the gi, too.

Duarte, coached from the sidelines by Atos co-founder Andre Galvao and the San Diego crew, won a total of nine matches: five in his weight category, and four in the absolute.

Watch his matches from IBJJF 2017 Pans below.
