DJ Jackson is no stranger to the Grappling Pro stage:  he beat Garry Tonon and Lucas Barbosa in the inaugural event on his way to win the Welterweight title.

Jackson made extensive use of his feared wrestling base -specifically a nasty front headlock, and dismantled any offense offered by Rocha.  The team Lloyd Irving Student racked up points throughout the five rounds, utilizing Grappling Pro's unique rules: he earned ring out points, controlled Vagner in the turtle, on top of several guard passes.

After 25 minutes, Jackson had decisively won the match 28 x 5 and retained the Grappling Pro Welterweight title.

Fans were were also treated to a super fight between up and coming sub-only stars: DDS member Ethan Crelinsten vs 10th planet representative Marvin Castelle.

The match was a back and forth war that went all three rounds.  Opening minutes saw both men take a measured approach, engaging in various leg entanglements; Ethan ultimately had the winning strategy by  more sweeps instead of only hunting for submissions: he won the match 15x4.
