The unstoppable march of professional jiu-jitsu will not be stopped! Fight to Win Pro 47 is coming to Houston to Submit Harvey, and you can watch all the action live on FloGrappling.
The event is the final installment of the promotion's charity effort to raise money for members of the jiu-jitsu community who were affected by Hurricane Harvey.
The main event will feature Masters Brazilian National and Pan American champion Renato Tavares against Rafael Lovato Jr. black belt Eddie Saenz. Saenz is a multiple-time F2W Pro veteran, and Tavares last competed for the promotion at F2W 14 against Kevin Peterson.
The rest of the card will be jam-packed with local talent, which will help keep expenses down so more money can be donated to the Harvey relief fundraiser. Just like F2W 46 and the Texas Open, all profits from this event will be donated to the cause.
A separate fundraiser that F2W owner Seth Daniels created has already raised over $12,000, and a charity auction set up by F2W photographer Mike Calimbas is also expected to raise thousands upon thousands of dollars to help victims of the natural disaster.
