ADCC Veteran Enrico Cocco is among the most exciting competitors in the game. With an attack heavy style and a willingness to scramble with anyone Cocco always puts on a show.

So was the case at the Grappling Pro Championships last year and the ADCC World Championships just last month. Cocco had high paced battles with Garry Tonon, Lucas Barbosa and Celso Vinicius. 

FloGrappling caught up with the elite black belt and asked him to show off some of his tried and trusted techniques for our cameras and he was nice enough to oblige.
