Xande Ribeiro to Develop New Product Line with FUJI Sports

Legendary jiu-jitsu World champion Xande Ribeiro has signed a new multi-year athlete partnership with FUJI Sports and will serve as a global brand ambassador and technical advisor for the company’s jiu-jitsu line of products.
A seven-time black belt World jiu-jitsu champion, a two-time black belt World Absolute champion, a two-time ADCC World champion and an IBJJF Hall of Fame member, Ribeiro is– along with his brother Saulo– the co-founder of the University of Jiu-Jitsu. Their Ribeiro Jiu-Jitsu Association has over 50 affiliates across the world including in Brazil, Canada, USA, Europe, and Asia.
"FUJI Sports is a brand with Japanese tradition and heritage. It is important that our global brand ambassadors have superb character, respect and help others, and give back to their sport," said Jimmy Pedro, 4-time Olympian turned US Olympic Judo Coach, and spokesman for FUJI Sport.
"Our plan is to collaborate with Xande to develop a completely new line of jiu jitsu products aimed at the serious competitor," Pedro went on to say. "We are honored and excited that Xande has chosen to work exclusively with FUJI Sports."
