Danis called out by Gracie
MMA's newest jiu-jitsu crossover fighter Dillon Danis has been called out by a member of the famous Gracie family.
Neiman Gracie, who is 7-0 in MMA with six submissions, is—like Danis—signed to Bellator MMA. Danis is coming off a first-round win by submission in his long-awaited MMA debut on April 28 after signing a contract with the promotion in 2017.

Danis, who is now the most followed male jiu-jitsu personality on Instagram, has yet to respond to Gracie, who issued the callout via Twitter.
My team reached out to @ScottCoker @rich_chou they’re going to offer you a fight against me in New York. Last time we supposed to fight they couldn’t find you for 2 weeks. Let’s see who has better jiujitsu in a fist fight @arielhelwani https://t.co/bBaWkkoTdg

However, if we're talking about future opponents, then Danis mentioned in his post-fight interview that he would like to face undefeated MMA fighter Ben Askren, who is 18-0.

Brazilian Nationals: Big Results
The return of Nicholas Meregali was the big topic of discussion this past weekend in Sao Paulo. The Alliance star came off a nearly year-long layoff and looked better than ever, submitting seven out of eight matches. He took gold in his category and bronze in the absolute.

Fight To Win promoter hits ANOTHER Twister
Fair warning: you get a pretty graphic shot of a man wearing Speedos with his legs apart in this video. But it's a Twister, which is cool. But it's a man in Speedos. So you know, maybe you want to watch it, maybe you don't. That's totally cool, it's your choice. Don't say we didn't warn you.
