Levi Jones-Leary was one of two Non-Brazilians in the brown belt categories to take home a gold medal (the other was Devhonte Johson, coincidentally also from Unity Jiu-Jitsu).

His path to and through the final was marked with excellent performances, but Levi's most impressive showing was during his third match when he sealed the win with a NASTY bow and arrow choke on Bruno Garcia just over two minutes into the round.  

Taking first place at World Championships gives Levi his third Major Title of the season: he also took home gold at the 2018 European championships and the 2018 Pan Championships.
