Reno Nevada has an ever growing jiu-jitsu scene and on Saturday night some of the best talent from the area showed up to put on a show. 

Fight 2 Win 85 delivered with a plethora of submissions from purple, brown and black belts.

The main event however was a closely contested match that saw both Karen Lingle and Kelley Perotti attack for submissions back and forth over the course of the eight minute submission-only match. 

In the end the judges awarded Perotti with the split decision victory.

In the co-main event Fight 2 Win veteran Dustin Akbari put on a beautiful display of relentless pressure passing. He repeatedly passed the guard and mounted throughout the match and ultimately dominated his way to a unanimous decision victory.

The rest of the card was filled with memorable submissions, a few notables: Dom Hoskins lapel choke, Clint Treadway’s arm triangle and Cody Hinojosa’s twister.
