JT Torres (Essential BJJ) vs Dylan Royce (Precision Jiu Jitsu) - Welterweight Gi title

We’re freaking pumped for this one. JT Torres returns to the F2W stage and will be competing in the gi! He’s taking on the 6-0 and three-time submission of the night winner Dylan Royce for the welterweight gi title. F2W CEO Seth Daniels has said that "this what Fight 2 win is all about – get a chance to face a legend, and if you beat them, become one yourself!"

We expect Torres' impeccable technique to be full display, but the wild card factor and Fight 2 Win ruleset have managed to surprise us more than once.

Kristian Woodmansee (Roots) vs Baret Yoshida (Baret Submissions) - Bantamweight No-gI title

We’re always eager to watch Baret Yoshida in action, and this weekend he'll take on the Andre Galvao black belt Kristian Woodmansee. Operating out of Philly, Woodmansee has steadily been building up his academy, Roots jiu-jitsu, and established the gym as a growing base for high-level jiu-jitsu on the East Coast.

New fans should know that Baret Yoshida is a legend – two-time ADCC silver medalist and crucifix expert (the man simply gets the position from anywhere) – Yoshida has been fighting at the elite level for over twenty years. Woodmansee's game could be described as open-ended and opportunistic; he has a well-honed DLR and R-DLR guard, and excellent passing skills to boot.

There's no clear advantage for either athlete in this match and we expect a high-volume, submission-heavy bout to play out.
