Levi Jones-Leary made his black belt debut like x. He took down the UAE based Brazilian Adriano Arujo in the quarterfinals match, and then went on to have a flawless performance against the legend Roberto Satoshi in the semi-finals before coming up an advantage short to Deigo Ramalho int he 77kg final.

Paulo Miyao vs Tiago Bravo – 69kg Final

Paulo Miyao has promised to take over in 2019, and so far he’s made good on his word with an excellent showing at the ADGS Abu Dhabi. Miyao met long-time rival Tiago Bravo in the final and was able to finish the match with a beautiful bow and arrow choke.
