Gabriel Arges and Craig Jones to Clash in Sub-Only Match

Fresh off his win in Abu Dhabi at King of Mats, Gracie Barra standout Gabriel Arges will take on Aussie leglock machine Craig Jones in a submission-only match.

Arges, an IBJJF World and Abu Dhabi World Pro champion, received an invite for ADCC in 2017 but was unable to compete because of injury. Of course ADCC 2017 was where Jones made his big break, submitting Leandro Lo and Murilo Santana in back-to-back matches, and following it up with a 30-second submission of Chael Sonnen.

The two will clash in a submission-only match as the main event of British pro grappling event Grapplefest 4, which takes place on February 23.

In the main event will be Jones's teammate Lachlan Giles, facing another Gracie Barra athlete in Bradley Hill.

Grapplefest matches are submission only, with a judge's decision declaring the winner in the case of no finish.

We'll be streaming Grapplefest 4 live on February 23, with the full event being available to watch On Demand shortly after.
