The medium-heavy purple belt division was filled to the brim with rising talents from around the world, but none performed more beautifully today then Gordo Jiu-Jitsu representative Pedro Machado.

A gold medal at the Pans marks Machado's second major title of 2019 as he captured the European Championships top spot back in January.  

Machado's semi-final and final matches of the day saw him take on some of Atos' brightest stars, MAtues Rodriguez and Adam Bradley.  Unsurprisingly, the matches were razor thin, but Machado's competitive prowress and will to win drove him to victory.
