Road to Gold: Beatriz Mesquita's Flawless Gold Medal Run

Beatriz Mesquita is the best women's jiu-jitsu competitor of all-time

The Gracie Humaita athlete secured her NINTH World title (and absolute silver medal) last weekend at the Pyramid, and she did so in style. She submitted all three of her opponents on her road to gold, one armbar, one kimura, and one triangle (Teepee choke variation).

Bia will add her latest gold medal to 5 World No-Gi gold medals (including one absolute), numerous Abu Dhabi World Pro gold medals in the black and brown belt division, an ADCC gold, an EBI title belt, and a lengthy list of other titles and achievements.
