All Of Keenan's Matches From The 2019 IBJJF Pan No-Gi

Keenan Cornelius competed at the 2019 IBJJF No-Gi Pans and used the event to test out some new no-gi strategies ahead of ADCC– with some success, and some failure.

He's been training with John Danaher and co, and had Gordon Ryan coaching him step-by-step through the tournament– even though they're both in the -99kg division at ADCC.

Keenan took silver in the super-heavyweight division and gold in the absolute– he scored three submissions in the absolute division and won via DQ in the final. Watch every match below.
