Euros Sunday Watch Guide!

The action is wrapped up for Saturday at the 2020 IBJJF European Championships, the women are in the finals and the men will start in the quarterfinals on Sunday morning.

The finals should commence around 10 am eastern time on Sunday morning, but there is a ton of action taking place beforehand. Here’s the start times for all the action on Sunday. All matches listed in eastern time, five hours earlier than Lisbon time.

Flashback To The Heartland: Daisy Fresh Photo Essay

In February 2017 I completed my first project working freelance for FloGrappling, a photo essay titled "A Trip To America's Unseen Jiu-Jitsu Heartland." I lost money on the project, slept on the mats with the guys in the cold Illinois winter, and ended up having to change my friend's tire in the middle of nowhere in freezing weather on the way back to Chicago from Southern Illinois. But it was successful and opened up doors for me.

Medical experts believe Lovato has a brain disease known as "cavernoma." Although Rafael is experiencing no symptoms, doctors have found clusters of abnormal blood vessels in his brain.
