Fight to Win 149 was to feature Keenan Cornelius vs Gabriel Almeida in the main event. The American is out due to an injury with his back, but his team will be represented – they're taking eight representatives to compete on the event. 

The noted lapel player has been investing a large amount of time and effort into developing the Legion competition team. He announced he would be taking applications and holding tryouts in late 2019, with the intention of creating a fighter house for his team. His plans delayed by the global pandemic, he gave us a first look at his team at the recent Fight to Win 148. Legion AJJ returns at Fight to Win 149 in gi and no-gi superfights on August 14.
