Keenan Cornelius has had to pull out of Fight to Win 149 due to injury. He is replaced by 2020 IBJJF European champion Manuel Ribamar.

Cornelius was scheduled to face off against Checkmat black belt Gabriel Almeida. The American black belt revealed that he has been struggling with back issues this week that took him out of the match.

Ribamar holds three wins over Almeida, beating him at the 2018 SJJIF tournament via points, via referee decision at Fight to Win 115, and most recently by points (2-0) at the 2019 IBJJF World No-Gi Championship.
