The brackets and schedule for the 2020 IBJJF Pan Championship, to go down on Oct 8-11 in Florida, are out now. 

When should I watch the 2020 IBJJF Pans? 

For friends and family of competitors looking to catch the action live, go to the IBJJF schedule page for full info including approximate start times for each division. Read on for a brief primer on how the action will unfold. 

The final confirmed schedule will see Adult Male white and blue belts compete on Thursday, Oct. 8, and Adult Male purple and brown belts will compete on Friday, Oct. 9. Adult Female white, blue and purple belts will all compete on Thursday, Oct. 8.

When can I watch the black belts? 

Adult Male black belts will compete on both Saturday 10 and Sunday 11. The male black belts brackets will see competitors fight in the elimination rounds on Saturday, with the quarterfinals, semifinals, and finals on Sunday. 

Adult Female brown and black belts will compete on Saturday, Oct. 10, with the black belts fighting up to the semifinals. The Adult Female black belt finals will go down on Sunday, Oct. 11. 

The black belt absolute division for both Adult men and women will take place on Saturday, with the final on Sunday. 

How can I see the brackets?

The IBJJF posts the brackets online and they are updated regularly throughout the day. Go to BJJ Comp System and you can search by division. On each bracket page will have a mat assignment and approximate start time for each mat. Note that the mat assignments are fixed but the start times are subject to change and can often be early or delayed.

For a real-time order of matches, check the Order of Fights here. You can see which matches will take place where and when. Use the filters to search by division, team, or athlete. 

How can I watch the event?

We’ll be streaming the 2020 IBJJF Pan Championship live on FloGrappling. With cameras on every mat, you can switch between mats or even bring up a multi-mat view and watch multiple matches at the same time. 

Every match is streamed and then the video is saved in our archives, which you can watch as long as your FloGrappling subscription is active. We also upload the entire daily replays of each mat’s stream. 

The action starts at 9:30am Eastern Time each day, October 8-11.
