Gabriel Sousa will return to the Tezos WNO mats after a second-place run at the WNO Championship when he faces Keith Krikorian at the top of the free prelims card in Frisco, TX on March 25 for Tezos Who’s Number One: Musumeci vs Martinez presented by Fat Tire.

Sousa, now 2-1 on WNO, was the runner up in the lightweight division at the WNO Championship, submitting Mikey Musumeci and defeating Cole Abate before falling to Kade Ruotolo. Sousa, is ranked no.3 at 155.

Sousa’s opponent, Krikorian, will be making his WNO debut. By his reputation, he will fit in well with the WNO ruleset. He has an impressive 75% submission rate, and most of those subs have come in his three standout ADCC North American Trials attempts, where he has earned a silver medal three editions running. Twelve of Krikorian’s 16 victories at ADCC trials have been by submission. He's the no.5-ranked grappler at 145 lbs.

Earlier in the night, David Garmo will try for his first win on the WNO stage, taking on Benji Silva of Brasa CTA.

And in the first prelim of the evening, Joe Dierkhising will bring his exciting submission style to WNO against Luke Griffith of New Wave Jiu-Jitsu.
