Manuel Ribamar is a 2019 No-Gi Worlds and 2020 European Champion; the RPBJJ and Cicero Costha black belts game could be described as rock-solid fundamentals with a modern flair.
I had a difficult time summarizing this lesson for the title; while it's true that we spend a fair amount of time discussing lapel guards and the best ways to pass, we also dissect the 50/50 battle, crab ride techniques, and general body positioning principals.
