Tim Spriggs 'Supremely Confident' For 2016 IBJJF Pan Gold

Team lloyd Irvin member Tim Spriggs is one of the favorites in the heavyweight division at this year's Pans. In this video interview the black belt says he's 100% ready to become champion. 

Everything's on point, this is the best I've felt in my entire career, the best I've felt in my life. I'm supremely focussed, my body's on point, spiritually it's all good – ready to win gold.
