Grippo Needs To Be 'Definitive' At Respect 3

"I'm really excited for it. It's another way for me to test myself and get the rhythm going for Worlds." 

"I can't eek anything, I need to be definitive. I'll need to move, I didn't have a great event in Abu Dhabi as I wasn't comfortable with the 6-minute matches. I guess I'm used to it now, I have some experience under my belt with it now."
