Dillon Danis Ready To Prove He's The Best At No-Gi Pans!

Just days before the NoGi Pan Jiu Jitsu Championships we caught up with Marcelo Garcia black belt Dillon Danis to see how training has been going.

It's the same routine all year round, training hard, killing eachother every day. It's always Gi and NoGi every other day, it's always hard so there is nothing to change.

Dillon, who usually competes at middleweight, has moved up a division for Nogi Pans and will compete in the medium heavy division with names like Murillo Santana and Ezra Lenon. 

I took a look at the brackets. There are some tough names but who cares.

And finally it seems after helping Conor McGregor prepare for his epic UFC 202 clash with Nate Diaz we could be seeing Dillon in the cage very soon.

MMA is on my mind. Right now I'm trying to figure everything out with MMA but we'll see I have a lot of goals to accomplish in jiu-jitsu.

But first Dillon competes this Saturday at the IBJJF No Gi Pan Jiu Jitsu Championships, LIVE on FloGrappling!
