Atos black belt Josh Hinger is one of the most active competitors out there. Nov 6. at the IBJJF No-Gi World Championships he defeated Charles Negromonte in the medium heavy black belt final to realize his dream of becoming a world champion.

After dominating the fight 11-0 we caught up with the Atos team member to get his thoughts on his first black belt world title.
