To say Jacob Harman is a demanding coach is to state the situation lightly. 

The former collegiate athlete and long-time high school wrestling coach may not be a mainstream name among jiu-jitsu fans, but his influence on the sport cannot be understated – multiple ADCC champions have come to him to improve their standup grappling game, including Buchecha, Romulo Barral, and Joao Assis. 

That achievement is even more staggering when considering those athletes all came from different teams and were training together in search of a singular goal.
