While in Houston visiting the Gracie Barra Houston head quarters we  jumped at the opportunity to sit down and chat with one of the most well  respected professors in  jiu-jitsu, Vinicius 'Draculino' Magalhaes . Calling Texas home for over ten years Draculino has watched jiu-jitsu go from underground fight sport to main stream martial art.

He's been a key component in the expansion of jiu-jitsu in the United States and has brought up a legion of high level black belts to represent the Gracie Barra flag. In this thirty minute interview we cover a wide range of topics from the formative years for jiu-jitsu in Brazil to his most recent competitive prospects and what it means to him to be a coach.

Dive in and enjoy the energetic discussion with one of jiu-jitsu's most enlightened professors. Enjoy!
