Rafael Lovato Jr. is the most successful American jiu-jitsu black belt, and he made his Bellator MMA debut last night.

Rafael Lovato Jr. is the most successful American jiu-jitsu black belt, and he made his Bellator MMA debut last night. 

The expert grappler needed only 13 seconds to win, scoring a huge TKO win over Charles Hackmann. The win advances his record to a perfect 5-0  with all of his matches finished inside the distance (3 submissions, two TKOs). 

The 13-second win is the sixth fastest victory in Bellator history.
