Sebastian Rodriguez said earlier this year that he wanted "the toughest matches" and now the former IBJJF World Champion has one at WNO 19 when he faces Oliver Taza at Tezos WNO: Meregali vs. Duarte. 

It's a rematch from the 2022 IBJJF No-Gi World Championships.

Rodriguez is part of a stacked card and will take on Taza in the undercard of the Austin, Texas event that also features Nicholas Meregali, Kanyan Duarte, Felipe Pena and Nicky Ryan.

One-half the co-main event is Meregali facing Duarte in a heavyweight bout.

Meregali made quick work of Pedro Marinho in the last WNO event in May, but now faces Duarte, the 2022 ADCC World Champion in the light heavyweight division. Duarte won gold in the super-heavyweight division at the 2023 IBJJF European Championships.

Meanwhile, the other main event is Jasmine Rocha challenging for the WNO Flyweight title against champion Ffion Davies. 

Rodriguez, 27, is making his WNO debut against a WNO veteran. Colvin is competing in his third WNO event.
