Mauricio Oliveira Replaces Jackson Nagai At IBJJF's The Crown
After Jackson Nagai was forced to withdraw, Brasileiro champion Mauricio Oliveira has stepped in to replace him at The Crown
The IBJJF has announced a change to The Crown's middleweight division, with Jackson Nagai having to withdraw from the event. Instead, Brasileiro champion Mauricio Oliveira will step in to replace him in the 4-man invitiation-only bracket. The Crown will be live November 19th from the Walter Pyramid in Long Beach, California and all of the matches will be streaming exclusively on FloGrappling.
Mauricio will join a talented field with a chance at $15,000 in prize money (and over $120,000 being given out in total across the six divisions). Also in the middleweight field will be
- Tainan Dalpra, AOJ
- Andy Murasaki, Atos
- Pedro Maia, Six Blades
