When is the Pan IBJJF Jiu-Jitsu Championship 2025? You can catch all the action live on FloGrappling from March 19-23. Here’s what to know.
It’s time for the 2025 edition of the Pan IBJJF Jiu-Jitsu Championship.
The event is elite and prestigious and one of four major competitions facilitated each year by the International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation.
No matter what you call it – the Pan American Championship, Pan Ams, IBJJF Pans, the Pan Am or just Pans – it’s the largest Brazilian jiu-jitsu tournament held each year in the Americas, and it never disappoints.
This year’s IBJJF Pans is headed back to the Silver Spurs Arena at Osceola Heritage Park in Kissimmee, Florida, and will take place March 19-23. The entire tournament will be broadcast live on FloGrappling.

As has been the tradition since the inaugural event in 1996, competitors from all over the world will travel to test themselves in this precursor to the World IBJJF Jiu-Jitsu Championship, which will take place in California at the end of May.
The field at IBJJF Pans has grown from a couple hundred athletes to thousands, competing across 10 weight classes for the men and now nine for the women.
Women first participated in the event in 1999. There originally were three weight classes for women, and the first expansion (to five) took place for the 2003 event.
Since 2020, IBJJF Pans has been held at the Silver Spurs Arena, so it should provide familiar surrounding for many of the competitors, while providing an opportunity to visit one of the most travel-friendly areas of the country, as Kissimmee is only a few minutes from Walt Disney World and all the amazing sights and activities in Orlando, Florida.
The host venue features more than 33,000 square feet of versatile space and the ability to seat 10,000 guests.
