Australia's Declan Moody is set to face off against Fellipe Andrew in a light-heavyweight match at WNO 28. This main card match will be the first meeting between one of grappling's best guard passers and one of jiu-jitsu's best guard players. It will all be going down on June 13th in Costa Mesa, CA, with some more major matchup announcements coming up soon - including another major championship clash.

Declan has been steadily climbing up the ranks of the no-gi grappling world, with the B-Team star making his WNO & ADCC World Championships debut last year. His grit and incredible top pressure have become a nightmare for the division. The big man from Australia is ranked #13 in the world at 220lbs and was most recently in action at the Giles Trials, winning the spot to represent the region at CJI 2.

Fellipe Andrew is one of this generation's most successful gi competitors who has steadily been making more waves in the no-gi world. The new AOJ transplant made it all the way to the finals of the heavyweight bracket of CJI 1 with relatively little no-gi training and now we get a chance to see how far he's come now that he is working with the Mendes brothers.

WNO 28 will be main evented by Mica Galvão facing off with Jonnatas Gracie for Gracie's 185lb championship belt. There are more matches coming, so stay tuned to FloGrappling for all the major updates.
