How To Watch Who's Number One 31 - Here's What To Know
Who’s Number One is back, and WNO 31 is headed to Round Rock, Texas, on Dec. 5. Here’s how to watch.

Since the Who’s Number One series debuted in 2020 and the first champions were crowned in 2021, WNO has grown to become the stage on which everyone newcomer wants to compete and one where established stars want to remind everyone why they’re the best.
The saga will continue Dec. 5 when WNO 31 takes over the Kilimanjaro Ballroom at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Round Rock, Texas.
It’ll be familiar territory for WNO, as the resort was the backdrop for WNO 27 in April, while nearby Austin, Texas, the home of FloSports, has hosted many editions of the series, too.
For grappling fans in the United States, all of the action from WNO 31 will be broadcast live on FloGrappling and the FloSports app. Fights are set to begin at 8 p.m. Eastern.

- The History Of Felipe Pena And Luke Griffith
Already the premier event for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and no-gi submission grappling, there’s no reason to think WNO 31 won’t live up to that reputation with compelling storylines, title tilts, ranked contenders and the crowning of a new heavyweight champion.
Fans, in person and online, again will be treated to a diverse collection of talent that will include familiar faces and top regional talent.
The agenda includes 10 fights – seven men’s and three women’s – with the men’s heavyweight championship between No. 1 Felipe Pena and No. 2 Luke Griffith being one of the most anticipated battles of the year.
The Pena-Griffith clash originally was scheduled for WNO 28 in June, but it was postponed when Pena suffered an injury during training.
The need to determine a new heavyweight champion comes after grappling legend Gordon Ryan was forced to vacate the title due to health issues.
When the sport’s best visited Round Rock for WNO 27, the event delivered some unforgettable moments that will be tough to beat this time, including a huge win in the main event for Nick Rodriguez, who defeated double-gold ADCC champion Kaynan Duarte to establish himself as one of the top heavyweights in the sport.
Along with the guaranteed emergence of a new heavyweight champion at WNO 31, there also will be two title defenses.
In the co-main event, Helena Crevar will defend her Women’s Featherweight championship against Julia Boscher.
Among the other noteworthy storylines will be the no-gi super match debut of superstar Gabi Pessanha and the insertion of Faris Ben-Lamkadem to face Xande Ribeiro, after Ribeiro’s original opponent (Jordan Preisinger) withdrew due to injury.
Three of the matches will feature local talent from gyms around the Austin area – Joslyn Molina, Katie Bochenek, Grayson Henle, Michael Bannach, Sean Magnus and Nick Fritz.
In October, WNO 30 took place at the Sunny Days Arena in Pittsburgh and included a main eight-man bracket with grapplers from different weight classes, three highly anticipated super fights on the main card and another four undercard matchups that may reveal the sport’s next big superstar.
WNO debuted in 2020 and has since brought more than two dozen events and countless unforgettable moments to a worldwide audience. Take a look back at the history of WNO.
