BJJ Stars 8 will feature an eight man tournament, including some of Brazil's top stars like Mica Galvao, Leandro Lo, and Lucas "Hulk" Barbosa, for a $21,000 grand prize.

The gi middleweight tournament will feature a modified ruleset, implemented to reduce common stalling tactics.

The event, in Sao Paulo, will also include six high-profile no-gi superfights, using the ADCC ruleset. The headline will feature 2017 ADCC Absolute champion Felipe Pena, including recent ADCC 2022 qualifier Henrique Ceconi.

Fabricio Andrey will also return to no-gi competition after qualifying for ADCC at the South American Trials earlier this year.

All viewers outside of Brazil can stream BJJ Stars 8 live on FloGrappling.
