The 2024 ADCC World Championships is less than a year away, coming to Las Vegas, NV in August 2024.

American grappler Keith Krikorian has been invited to the 2024 ADCC World Championships at -66kg. The 10th Planet athlete is an experienced competitor who is currently ranked #12 in the world, and in this ADCC cycle took silver and bronze at the two North American Trials. This will be his third appearance at ADCC Worlds.

The 2022 ADCC West Coast Trials Champion Jay Rodriguez will be making his return to the ADCC Worlds this summer, as he has officially been invited by the organization to the -88kg division. Jay is known for his aggressive pace, strong wrestling, submission escapes, and how quickly he has improved in the sport - competing at the elite levels after just a few years of training submission grappling. He previously competed at the ADCC World Championships in 2022, and placed at both North American Trials this season.

2017 ADCC World Champion Bia Mesquita, one of the best Brazilian jiu-jitsu competitors ever, will be making her return to the ADCC Worlds this summer. The 9-time IBJJF black belt world champion officially accepted her invitation to the -65kg division, after placing third in 2022.

PJ Barch is on his way back to the ADCC World Championships, as the 10th Planet standout has accepted an invitation to compete at -77kg in August. Barch, known for his wrestling base, placed 4th in 2022 after an upset victory over the 1-seed JT Torres in the quarterfinals. Barch is currently ranked 5th in the world at 170lbs. Dante Leon, the 2022 bronze medalist at -77kg, will be returning to ADCC Worlds in August. Dante has set himself apart in the last few years as one of the top pound-for-pound grapplers in the world, having defeated black belt champions up several weight classes from his more natural 155/170. This will be his third consecutive appearance at ADCC Worlds, having placed top-4 in the prior two editions. The entire tournament will be streaming exclusively on FloGrappling.

Mica Galvao, the returning silver medalist at -77kg, has been officially invited to the ADCC World Championships. Mica has been active since the last ADCC Worlds and truly established himself as one of the best in the world at any weight class in that time. This will be his second appearance at ADCC Worlds. The entire tournament will be streaming exclusively on FloGrappling.

February 17, 2024. It’s a cold morning, temperatures just above freezing in Zagreb, Croatia. Hundreds of athletes pace the floors or sit alongside the mats, warming up and patiently waiting for their turn to fight. Only eight will punch their tickets to the desert heat and fanfare of Las Vegas, Nevada for ADCC 2024, in exactly six months to the day.

The IBJJF World No-Gi Absolute Champion Roberto Jimenez will be at the ADCC World Championships, competing in the -99kg division. The move up marks a bump of two divisions and 22 kilograms from Roberto's 2022 tournament at -77kg. This will be his second appearance at ADCC Worlds. Roberto is currently ranked #9 in the world for no-gi grappling at 205lbs.

Kade Ruotolo, the returning champion at -77kg, has been officially invited to the ADCC World Championships. Kade's 2022 run was the most successful ADCC debut in history, winning the gold medal with a 100% submission rate. This will be his second appearance at ADCC Worlds.

Kauã Gabriel, student of Melqui Galvão and teammate of "Baby Shark" Diogo Reis, has been officially invited to the ADCC World Championships. Kauã has made the finals of the last three ADCC South American Trials at -66kg, but came up short every time. This will be his first appearance at ADCC Worlds.

Andrew and William Tackett made history at the 2024 ADCC West Coast Trials in Las Vegas, becoming the first-ever brothers to win an ADCC Trials event side by side.

IBJJF Champion and ADCC veteran Mayssa Bastos will be going back to the ADCC World Championships, as she has been officially invited in the -55kg division. Bastos previously won the South American Trials in 2022 before losing first round at -60kg. She regularly competes at roosterweight and light-feather in IBJJF competition, 47.5 & 52.5kg.

Jonnatas Gracie is officially on his way to the next ADCC World Championships, accepting the organization's invitation to compete in the -77kg division. This will mark Gracie's 1st appearance at the tournament.

Mackenzie Dern will make her return to submission grappling in 2024, as she has accepted an invitation to compete in the -55kg division at the ADCC World Championships. The UFC contender has previously won the tournament in 2015, before her transition to full-time MMA.
